Plain-English summary. Private by default. No selling of information. No surprises.
When you contact Fifthline or start a private move, you may share:
We do not ask for financial account information, SSNs, or sensitive personal documents directly. Those are handled by the licensed professionals (brokers, lenders, attorneys, settlement) who need them — not by Fifthline.
Only to do the work you asked us to do:
That’s it. We don’t use your information for marketing, ads, or any kind of lead generation.
Your information is shared only with the people directly involved in your move — typically a broker, a lender, an attorney or settlement agent, and, where relevant, your own representation (agent, family office, manager).
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. Ever.
Fifthline is independent. We are not an official service of the NHL, the NHLPA, or any club or agency. We do not share your information with any of them unless you explicitly ask us to.
Files and communications are kept in private, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the people coordinating your move. When a move is closed out, we retain records only as long as it’s useful to have them on file for you.
The Fifthline website uses minimal analytics to understand basic traffic (page views, referrers). It does not track you across other sites, does not advertise to you, and does not build a profile of you.
You can ask us, at any time, to:
Reach out through the contact page and we’ll handle it.
If you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us through the contact page. A real person will reply.
This is a plain-language summary of Fifthline’s privacy approach, not a contract. It may be updated from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll note it here.
